Shilubari Holdings is a 100% black-owned consultancy. B-BBEE contributor. Its professionals boost more than 30 years of experience in the industry. The motivation behind the establishment of the company is the desire and passion to make a meaningful contribution to the creation of a sustainable spatial form of South Africa. Our professionals possess experience in both public and private sector which mainly consists of extensive involvement in small, medium and mega projects in human settlements development.
